Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa (Prole) seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team. We offer part-time positions, same day pay, and a supportive clinical team delivering ABA services in clients' homes and community settings.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services, record session data, and collaborate with families to help children reach their goals. High school diploma required; RBT certification required before starting; paid training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
