Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Iowa. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
