heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team in Iowa. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to support clients' independence and positive behavior, while collaborating with a clinical team on treatment plans.

Ideal candidates have an RBT certification, a passion for helping children with Autism, and the ability to maintain calm, patient, and compassionate interactions in home or community settings.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans directly.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families to support progress.
