Behavioral Health Field, Inc. is hiring RBTs to provide one-to-one ABA services in clients’ homes in Georgia. Sessions are scheduled in the Jonesboro, Hampton, and Atlanta areas with afternoon and early evening shifts.

You will collect data, follow established protocols, and communicate with families and your supervisor. Must have an RBT Certification Number and reliable transportation to reach client locations.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 months of experience as an RBT.
• Active RBT Certification Number required.
• Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to commute to clients' locations.
• Experience with data collection tools is a PLUS.

Mansioni

• Provide one-to-one ABA services to clients in-home.
• Follow behavior reduction protocols and skill acquisition procedures.
• Collect and record client data accurately.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist BCBA during assessments and materials preparation.
• Seek supervisor guidance to ensure effective treatment.

Hampton, 30228, GA (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 08:00 AM to 1:00 PM / Monday and Friday 3:00 pm to 9:00 PM)

Atlanta, 30329, GA (Monday to Friday 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM)

Salary: $29-30 per hour

Job duties

RBTs perform every day include:

• Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols
• Collecting and recording data based on the client's behavior
• Empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisor
• Assist the BCBA during the behavioral assessment process and in the preparation of the client learning materials
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.

What do you need?

• 3 months of more of experience as an RBT
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number

• Willingness to commute to our clients' cases location.
• Experience with Catalyst or other data collection is a PLUS.
