Job summary

BH Field is seeking RBTs to provide in-home ABA services across Jonesboro, Hampton and Atlanta areas. Schedules vary by location, with day, afternoon, and evening shifts. This role emphasizes compassionate, one-to-one support for clients with IDD/ASD.

You will collect data, follow protocols, and collaborate with the BCBA. A valid RBT certification and driver's license are required, and commuting to client sites is expected. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3 months or more experience as an RBT
• Active RBT Certification Number
• Valid driver license (needs to be able to commute to client locations)
• Experience with data collection is a plus

• Follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols
• Collect and record data on client behavior
• Communicate with clients, families, and supervisor
• Assist BCBA during assessments and material preparation
• Seek guidance from supervisor to ensure effective treatment

Atlanta, 30329, GA (Monday to Friday 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM)

Salary: $29-30 per hour

Job duties

RBTs perform every day include:

• Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols
• Collecting and recording data based on the client's behavior
• Empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisor
• Assist the BCBA during the behavioral assessment process and in the preparation of the client learning materials
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.

What do you need?

• 3 months of more of experience as an RBT
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number

• Willingness to commute to our clients' cases location.
• Experience with Catalyst or other data collection is a PLUS.
