Job summary

Behavioral Health Field, Inc. seeks a dedicated RBT to provide one-to-one ABA services in home settings across multiple Georgia locations. The role supports behavior reduction and skill acquisition, with data collection and collaboration with the BCBA. Reliable transportation is required for client visits.

Eligible candidates hold an active RBT certification, a valid driver license, and are comfortable commuting to cases. Compensation is hourly with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months of experience as an RBT.
• Valid RBT Certification Number is required.
• Active driver license is required.
• Willingness to commute to clients' locations.
• Experience with Catalyst or other data collection tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data on client behavior.
• Communicate empathically with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist BCBA during assessments and prepare learning materials.
• Seek supervisor guidance to ensure effective treatment implementation.

Hampton, 30228, GA (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 08:00 AM to 1:00 PM / Monday and Friday 3:00 pm to 9:00 PM)

Atlanta, 30329, GA (Monday to Friday 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM)

Sessions: In-home

Salary: $29-30 per hour

Must have reliable transportation.

• Collecting and recording data based on the client’s behavior
• Empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisor
• Assist the BCBA during the behavioral assessment process and in the preparation of the client learning materials
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.
