Job summary

Galaxy ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Quantico, VA team. You will work closely with BCBAs to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in clinic or home settings.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree related to ABA/psychology or equivalent experience, plus strong communication and teamwork skills. The role offers paid training and opportunities to contribute to treatment plans and family support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy services in clinic or home-based setting
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Assist with scheduling, planning, and organization
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide feedback to families on progress and goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of client services and progress
