Job summary

Galaxy ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Norfolk, VA. You will work with BCBAs to implement individualized ABA therapy plans and track client progress.

The ideal candidate holds a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, has experience with autism and developmental disabilities, and demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills. Training is provided, with opportunities to collaborate closely with families and the treatment

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Norfolk, VA, United States.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBAs
• Collecting and recording data to track client progress
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of treatment plans

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy services in a clinic or home-based setting
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

Salary

$22 - $33 hourly based on experience. Paid Training.
