Blossom ABA Therapy in Tennessee is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help clients build meaningful skills.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology/education helpful.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and complete clear, timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
