You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and collect progress data to guide care. The role involves travel for in-home sessions and engaging with families and teams.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients and work in home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
