Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children through ABA-based plans in home, school, or community settings. You will work 1:1 with clients under supervision of a BCBA, implementing strategies to promote learning and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
