Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans, use positive reinforcement, and track progress under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred in psychology/education or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
