Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings. The role includes implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

The position offers part-time hours with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with benefits, travel/mileage reimbursement where applicable, and ongoing mentorship and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, transition between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
