Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a caring Registered Behavior Technician to support children through ABA-based interventions in home, school, or community settings. You will collect data, implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

We offer part-time schedules with potential growth to full-time, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities to advance to BCBA with our support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
