Job summary

Little Acorn ABA in Ohio is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families. We offer supportive supervision, mentorship, and pathways for professional growth.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings, implement plans developed by a BCBA, collect and record data, and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills while maintaining a positive, safe therapeutic

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions.
• Assist children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client progress.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapeutic environment.
