Little Acorn ABA in Lakewood, OH is looking for compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families in the Cleveland area. You will work 1:1 with clients in homes, schools, and community settings, guided by a BCBA, with flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions.
• Assist children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client progress.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapeutic environment.
