Job summary

Little Acorn ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and provide high-quality ABA services to children and families in homes, schools, and community settings.

You will implement individualized plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while collaborating with families and the clinical team in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions.
• Assist children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client progress.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapeutic environment.
