Job summary

Little Acorn ABA in Lorain, OH is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families. The role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy with BCBA-developed plans, data collection, and progress collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions
• Assist children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client progress
• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapeutic environment
