Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time in-home, school, and community settings.

You will implement ABA programs designed by a BCBA and track progress using data collection, with guidance and mentorship available for career growth. We offer flexible scheduling, annual raises, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and pathways from RBT to BCBA, plus travel reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
