Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time in-home sessions with children across home, school, and community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
