Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings and implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

Responsibilities include using positive reinforcement, collecting data to monitor progress, collaborating with families and clinical teams, and participating in team meetings and ongoing

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
