Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for part‑time roles with the opportunity to grow into full‑time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, delivering ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to support learning.

We offer flexible scheduling, annual raises, a quarterly bonus, and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients on the floor and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
