Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for part-time positions with growth into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings and implement ABA plans under a BCBA supervision.

The role offers mentorship, career growth opportunities, travel as needed, and competitive pay with a quarterly bonus plus holiday pay. This position supports families and fosters future leadership in ABA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology or related fields.
• Reliable transportation; willingness to travel for in-home sessions.
• Able to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
