Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients on the floor and assist with mobility as needed.
• Strong data collection and collaboration with BCBA and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based sessions in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record client progress data for review.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
