Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide ABA-based therapy in home, school, or community settings. The role offers growth opportunities as caseloads expand and provides mentorship and hands-on training in a supportive environment.

Part-time positions are available with potential to grow into full-time, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement to BCBA through company support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to sit on the floor, engage with clients, and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
