Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to support ABA therapy for children in home, school or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship and growth opportunities as caseloads expand, with potential to transition to full-time as needed.

You will implement ABA plans, track progress, collaborate with families and clinical teams, and participate in ongoing professional development to help clients achieve independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education or related fields is preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
