Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-to-one with children in home, school, or community settings, using ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA. The role emphasizes hands-on training, mentorship, and growth opportunities within a supportive PBS team.

Part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Flexible scheduling and travel locally are available to support in-home sessions and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with ABA therapy or related field.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
