Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services to children with autism under supervision by a BCBA. You will follow an individualized treatment plan, collect session data, and help clients build meaningful skills.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field is helpful.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned service locations.
• Ability to work the schedule listed in the posting and perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.
