PBS Corp. is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and help clients gain independence.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid travel, a potential path to full-time as caseloads grow, and opportunities for career development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
