Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to foster independence, while collecting data and collaborating with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in psychology/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
