Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians for part-time roles with growth potential into full-time as caseloads expand. You’ll work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans under a BCBA and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
