Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking registered behavior technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans created by a BCBA, using positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

We offer flexible scheduling, with growth opportunities to full-time as caseloads expand, along with a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and benefits for full-time staff. Travel may be required locally.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients; able to sit on the floor and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
