Aluma Care Management LLC is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Andover, Kansas. We are dedicated to transforming lives through ABA therapy and offer flexible schedules for both part-time and full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
