Job summary

Aluma Care KS is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes data collection and collaboration with families to support client progress.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, RBT certification (or willing to obtain), and are capable of traveling locally with reliable transportation. Flexible schedules and competitive compensation are offered at the Topeka clinic.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
