Job summary

Aluma Care KS is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Kansas. This role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement treatment plans, collect and document progress data, and collaborate with families and team members to support client success. The role offers flexible schedules, PTO, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
