Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure client progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
