Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. Part-time roles with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with mentorship and hands-on training.

As an RBT you will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, promote progress with positive reinforcement, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to support learning and independence at PBS.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
