Step It Up ABA is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will work with children and adolescents to provide ABA therapy in-home and at school, following treatment plans under supervision.

A mission-driven team focuses on improving the quality of life for clients and families. You will receive support from a dedicated BCBA, training, and a guaranteed-pay option to help stabilize earnings.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient with children/adolescents.
• Ability to follow ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Strong communication with caregivers and team.

Responsibilities

• Implement the treatment plan developed by your supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data daily.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Communicate with caregiver(s) in a professional manner.
