Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an energetic Registered Behavior Technician to support children with ABA programs across home, school, or community settings. The position is part-time with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Candidates should have an active RBT certification, reliable transportation, and a commitment to data-driven progress in collaboration with BCBA teams.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; psychology/education background preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to sit on the floor, engage with children, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams; attend team meetings.
