Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is preferred; a high school diploma is required, and candidates should have reliable transportation for local in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
