Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand. You will receive mentorship, hands-on training, and opportunities to advance within the organization.

Candidates should have an active RBT certification, experience with children in ABA-related settings, and be willing to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in‑home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, transition between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
