Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Nebraska is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will work under supervision to implement individualized behavior plans and track client progress with clinical software.

The role emphasizes reliability, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills to support children with autism and their families. A passion for helping children and ongoing professional development are valued at Blue Gems ABA.

Qualifications

Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
