Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC seeks caring, motivated RBTs to join our team and provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, following BCBA-developed plans. You’ll collect data and participate in supervision, while building strong relationships with children and their families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable vehicle and own transportation required.
• Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes according to plans.
• Collect and enter session data electronically.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
