PBS Corp. is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and collect and record data to monitor client progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
