PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for part-time, with potential growth to full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans and collecting data under BCBA guidance.

This role offers flexible scheduling, annual raises, a quarterly bonus, and opportunities for career growth within ABA. Local travel is required for in-home sessions, with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage children, sit on the floor, and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
