Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, or community settings. As an RBT, you will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and support families and clinical teams.

Opportunities to grow into full-time with caseload expansion. A valid RBT certification and driving locally are required. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and career growth toward BCBA

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
