Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families to support progress.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy settings.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or experience.
• Willingness to travel for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
