Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA plans with children in home, school, or community settings.

This role offers mentorship and opportunities to grow into a full-time position as caseloads expand. Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
