Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism across home, school, or community settings.

You’ll implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
