Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and help data collection and progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
